Today, we’re looking at what a $2 million budget will buy you in the Springs neighborhood of East Hampton.

The most expensive property that we’re featuring is a 3.2-acre compound asking $1,995,000. The main house has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, high ceilings, and an open floor plan. Renovations were done in 2014.
The two-story cottage has two ensuite bedrooms, a full kitchen, office, and open living room with a fireplace. Altogether, there is 3,500 square feet. Outside, there is a gunite pool, rock jacuzzi, new decking, and an outdoor shower. It was asking $2.2 million in 2016.
105 Talmage Farm Lane
At 4,800 square feet, this is the largest house that we’re featuring. The shingle-style home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms on 0.83 acres of land. Interior features include high ceilings, walls of windows, and professional kitchen.
Outside, there’s a heated pool and a patio. The asking price is $1.8 million.
144 Gerard Drive
Though this is the smallest home that we’re featuring, it’s the only property that’s waterfront. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,800 square feet of living space, including a master bedroom with sunrise water views. Deeded water access is included with the 0.5-acre property.
The asking price is $1.75 million.
