Read article : Big reveal: $723K for a sunny Boerum Hill co-op with huge yard
Yesterday, we challenged you to guess the asking price for this week’s Pricespotter apartment— railroad-style co-op in Boerum Hill with one bedroom, one bathroom, and an expansive private yard. No one managed to guess the correct sum of $723,000, however, both Someone98 and Svetlana_NYC came the closest with their guesses of $725,000.
There was some confusion as to whether this apartment was a ground floor unit or not but it is actually located on the second floor. We’re not sure why this unit was chosen to enjoy its “very own private back yard” above the building’s other seven units but it’s not a bad perk to be bestowed with.
Overall, there was some mixed reviews on the apartments layout. “Very nice place, very nice area, very low maintenance, and a private garden as well,” said coleco. On the other hand, Adrastos C called it a “horrible apartment” before criticizing the kitchen’s lack of counter space and corner stove.
Everyone seemed to agree that the apartment dwells within a great location and its monthly maintenance was reasonable.
Knowing the asking price, do you agree with it? Here is another look at the floorplan:
