I've recently bought an 80s house & moved in & have a tight budget for updating. Having never renovated, I would appreciate any feedback on how I can best update the vanity. Advice from tradies so far includes replacing 1600mm vanity will mean retiling vanity area which then flows through to sep toilet, bath & shower. If retiling complete area, advised I should replace shower screen & bath at the same time, a week+ without bathroom & various trades involved. As I only have this bathroom & I'm unwell, I was really hoping to just update vanity, taps etc & have tried various resurfacing companies who don't service my regional location. Would love ideas if anyone has them.
