BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — 

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help in identifying a man who is suspected of shoplifting at a Bed Bath and Beyond three separate times.

He's been described as a white man in his early 30s, around 180 pounds with tattoos on both arms.
