Moldovan Dmitri Arhip starts at tight-head, while scrum-half Brendon Leonard skippers the side.
Meanwhile, Bath have included Rhys Priestfield and Luke Charteris in their run-on team, while former Scarlets fly-half Josh Lewis is named among the replacements.
