Bill D’Elia, executive producer and director on ABC’s “How to Get Away with Murder” and other popular TV shows, is selling his oceanfront house in the Surfside Colony for $3.495 million.

The home boasts a patio on the sand in the small, guard-gated enclave, which is a part of Seal Beach.

Built in 1952, the two-story, Cape Cod beach house has been remodeled and updated. It has 2,375 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A Dutch door entry leads to a great room with living and dining areas. The master bedroom includes a Juliet balcony facing the Pacific Ocean, a large rain shower and walk-in closet.

French doors open to the 10-foot by 30-foot patio along the beach. The property also has an enclosed, outdoor shower.

The eclectic Surfside neighborhood is lined with three rows of homes, ranging from older cottages to sleek, recently built three-story houses. No home is more than 75 feet from the sand, the community’s website says.

D’Elia and his wife Eleanor have owned the house for 17 years, property records show.

Chuck Buscemi of First Team Real Estate is the listing agent.

In addition to “How to Get Away with Murder,” TV shows that D’Elia has executive produced and directed include “The Crazy Ones,” “Monday Mornings,” “Harry’s Law,” “Boston Legal” and “Ally McBeal,” according to his IMDb profile. He also co-created “Judging Amy.”
