Today we’re equipped with Miami’s median rent for a one-bedroom apartment, which comes out to $1800 a month, according to Zumper.
Despite that figure ranking ninth nationally, it’s actually down 4 percent year over year. Other Curbed Comparisons budgets we’ve covered somewhat recently include $1200, $2400, $2950, and $3400.
