The water cuts out after a few minutes or half way through showering.

The lights are still on at the shower and pull cord/isolation switch

Please ensure there is a sufficient water supply to the shower. Check stop tap has not been turned down. Are there other outlets on at the same time? Has there been any work carried out in your property or to the road causing problems with the water supply?
Not resolved > Remove showerhead from shower hose (unscrews like a bottle top), drop shower hose down into bath or shower tray and run shower.
Resolved > Showerhead blocked - Descale showerhead with plastic kettle descaling solution. Poor shower performance can be avoided by regular cleaning of the showerhead.
Not resolved > Unscrew shower hose and run without (only if over water catchment area).
Resolved > Your shower hose maybe kinked or the lining has collapsed. We would recommend replacing your shower hose. Click here to view available fittings.
Not resolved > Please contact our Customer Services team to enquire about our repair service.

For the Expert: Check the filter is clean. Replace solenoid coil.

Please ensure there is power to the shower and that the pull cord or fuse spur switch is on.
