Yesterday I needed a replacement flow valve for a five year old shower and discovered that far from being a universal part, there are hundreds of different ones used and most unobtainable as spare parts. I tried several plumbers merchants who could not help, only sympathise and two mentioned this firm as probably being able to help. Despite a lifetime of house improvements, I had never heard of them and never pass through that part of Bristol so never saw them either.
They did not have My valve but recommended an online specialist who might BUT most impressively, they stripped and cleaned up my old valve to give a few more weeks service until I could get a replacement! What good service! Most importantly though, it was watching them dealing with customers with genuine deep knowledge, real assistance, bright, prompt and efficient service and a real change to see good old fashioned customer service standards rarely found today. As I say, I had never heard of them but will return!
