Read article : Master Bathroom Reno with Corner Shower and Tub
I'm hoping someone can help me with a corner shower dilemna. The picture below shows the sunken tub attached to the ledge that goes into the shower; this is the before picture. The second picture is the demo thus far with the freestanding tub which now sits level with the ground floor. The shower is sunken about 4-5 inches.
We want to have a walk in, doorless shower. My problem is whether we should put full glass wall panels by the tub, a short pony wall, or a full pony wall that matches the pony wall on the right hand side?
On the attached bathroom floorplan, I'm showing the full glass walls as orange lines. The glass walls would be mounted to the ground, not the ceiling. I'm just not sure if it will look weird to see a pony wall when you come in the room and then have the 2 glass walls to the left.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
