Please keep our home in best possible condition for other guests to enjoy by keeping the following rules in mind during your stay:
- Be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Most of them, sadly aren't on vacation and will let us know (and occasionally local law enforcement) if they aren't getting a good night's sleep
- No smoking in the house
- No pets
- Flush ONLY toilet paper (e.g. no flushable baby/cleaning wipes, tampons)
- Do not pour fats, oils, grease down the drain even with hot and soapy water
- Dispose of COFFEE GROUNDS, potato/carrot peels and leftover food from plates in waste bin under sink instead of the drain(disposal)
- No more than three cars please
