Today, we’re looking at what a $2 million budget will buy you in the Springs neighborhood of East Hampton.

The most expensive property that we’re featuring is a 3.2-acre compound asking $1,995,000. The main house has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, high ceilings, and an open floor plan. Renovations were done in 2014.

The two-story cottage has two ensuite bedrooms, a full kitchen, office, and open living room with a fireplace. Altogether, there is 3,500 square feet. Outside, there is a gunite pool, rock jacuzzi, new decking, and an outdoor shower. It was asking $2.2 million in 2016.

105 Talmage Farm Lane

At 4,800 square feet, this is the largest house that we’re featuring. The shingle-style home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms on 0.83 acres of land. Interior features include high ceilings, walls of windows, and professional kitchen.
