Internet access with a HUB, basic Bell Satelline TV and a landline are also available at tenant’s expense. There is storage space available in the 12x16 shed as well as the basement area. The house is approximately a 20 minute drive to Bay Roberts, South and North River; about a 15 minute drive to Avondale and 20 minute drive to Salmonier and The Wilds Golf Course; 35 minute drive to Mount Pearl and 45 minute drive to St. John’s. Surrounding areas include Cupids, Brigus, Brigus Junction, Whitbourne and Carbonear. The drive to Long Harbour is approximately 40 minutes; Soldier’s Pond is about a 20-25 minute drive.
